Just got back from Ivana 2 days ago and hotel is excellent value for money. Staff were friendly and we stayed in room 128 looking on to road to Friends Bar. Room was clean and towels were provided each day and beds changed regularly. Some reviews were giving negative feedback on breakfast but it was ample and met our needs, as you could get hot or cold foods for breakfast and plenty of tea or coffee. Salt is a rare commodity for some reason and have to hunt for it , as not put on all tables. Pool and bar area ok too and plenty of sunbeds, although some people tend to put towels on them as early as 7.30? Not far from Friends Bar which is good and Severina around corner was good too for drinks and meals. I was told Lira restaurant round to the left of hotel was also good. About 15 mins walk to Sunny Beach from hotel. Cash exchange and supermarket just round corner and can also book excursions next door. Istanbul and Bucharest are among many options. Khans Tent is a must for circus type entertainment and lovely 4 course meal. Book at least 2 days in advance, as it is popular. We enjoyed our stay at Ivana Palace and met a lot of nice people. Only negatives I had of this hotel was AC not the greatest and shower tray leaked a bit, or I would have marked 5 for overall rating. Would we come back? MOST DEFINITELY!!!!!

This is my second stay at the Ivana Palace Hotel, I can only recommend this establishment highly, Staff are great, rooms are roomy, prices to die for e.g. 4☆☆☆☆ hotel and a pint of lager is only £1.50, all beverages are brilliantly priced 😎

This our 4th stay at the Ivana Palace and yet again loved it. The hotel is cleaned to a high standard with rooms cleaned every day and clean towels provided. Pool area is great with a very good pool bar. Staff are friendly and will do their upmost to sort out any issues you may have. The thing that makes our stay are the fantastic bar managers and their staff. The cocktails and hot drinks are very reasonably priced and the best for me in Bulgaria. They chat to their customers as friends and will go out of their way to help by giving advice and suggestions regarding restaurants and trips. Wonderful people who really care about their business and customers. thanks guys see you next year.
